Thanks for the confirmation, if the connectors are fine then, the problem can be with the chip on the cartridges and you have to replace them to solve the problem, but before you replace them, clean the connectors on the printer and the cartridges with a cotton swab and IP alcohol and check again, if the problem persists then, unfortunately, you have to replace the cartridges.
